Outside

From the living room, through the sliding door, you enter the east-facing terrace with views of the mountains and one of the swimming pools.

Parque Margarita - The complex

Parque Margarita is slap bang in the middle of Los Cristianos and is a very easy, flat walk into town and then down to both Playa Las Vistas and Playa de Los Cristianos beaches.

The complex is really popular with holidaymakers as well as full-time residents and you’ll also find many second home owners here too, so buying a property here is an ideal option for pretty much any use case.

Parque Margarita has 2 pools on site as well as a bar and there are lifts throughout the complex.

It’s situated within close proximity of some of the bars and restaurants of Los Cristianos and is about 3 or 4 minutes walk from the Pasarela center where you’ll find a supermarket and on the top floor, there’s the ever popular food court called La Pepa.

Los Cristianos - The town

Los Cristianos is a bustling town in the south of Tenerife. 

Once a fishing village, it still retains much of its original charm and village feel in some parts, but offers the tourist and resident alike all of the required facilities of a modern town with banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants. 

The port and church square are the main focal points of the town where during the evening you will find many of the locals meeting for a chat and a coffee or maybe something stronger.
